The invention discloses a passive butt joint structure capable of being used for an aircraft and a modular robot, and belongs to the technical field of machinery. A male head and a female head are connected. Weight reduction grooves and buckle sliding grooves are formed in the surface of the female head alternately. A disassembly sliding block, a pressure spring baffle and a buckle are arranged ineach buckle sliding groove. A pressure spring is arranged between each pressure spring baffle and the corresponding buckle, and each buckle slides back and forth. A through hole is formed in the center of each pressure spring baffle, a limiting screw is placed in the through hole, and the limiting screw is sleeved with the pressure spring and fixedly connected with the buckle. The male head is ahead part with a spherical surface and a conical surface which are jointed, the head part of the male head pushes the buckles outwards along the buckle sliding grooves during splicing, and meanwhile,the pressure springs are compressed; after the male head completely enters the female head, the pressure springs and the three buckles rebound, the buckles clamp the male head, and the butt joint mechanism is locked through friction self-locking. During disassembly, the three limiting screws are pulled outwards to drive the three buckles to slide outwards, and the disassembly sliding blocks clampthe limiting screws, so that the buckles are separated from the male head and are unlocked. The structure is large in tolerance, convenient to install and good in universality.

    本发明公开了一种可用于飞行器及模块化机器人的被动对接结构,属于机械技术领域,包括公头和母头进行连接;母头表面间隔布置减重槽和卡扣滑槽,卡扣滑槽内设有拆卸滑块,压簧挡板和卡扣;压簧挡板和卡扣之间安装压簧,卡扣来回滑动;在压簧挡板中心开有通孔,安放限位螺钉,限位螺钉外套压簧,与卡扣紧固连接;公头为具有球面和圆锥面接合的头部,进行拼接时公头的头部将卡扣沿卡扣滑槽被向外推,同时压簧被压缩;当公头完全进入母头后,压簧和三个卡扣弹回,卡扣卡住公头,摩擦自锁实现对接机构锁紧;拆卸时,向外拉拔三个限位螺钉,带动三个卡扣向外滑动,拆卸滑块卡住限位螺钉,使卡扣与公头分离并解锁。本发明容差大、安装便捷、通用性好。
