A novel light-weight outer windshield structure of a high-speed motor train unit comprises windshield frames, annular rubber plates, a middle frame and spring hanging devices, the windshield frames and the middle frame are aluminum profile frames consistent with the outer contours of end walls in shape, the windshield frames are fixedly connected to the peripheries of the two end walls between twoadjacent train bodies in a sealed mode, and the middle frame is arranged between the windshield frames. The annular rubber plates is each of an integrally-formed annular n-shaped rubber plate, one side of the n shape of each annular rubber plate is fixedly connected with the inner side of the corresponding windshield frame in a sealed mode, the other side of the n shape of each annular rubber plate is fixedly connected with the inner side of the middle frame in a sealed mode, and the upper side of the n shape faces the outer side of the train bodies, and the middle frame and the windshield frames are provided with the spring hanging devices at the side faces of the train bodies. The middle frame is hung on the windshield frames. An outer windshield is of a sealed structure, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the outer windshield is small, the problems of outward turning and tearing of the train end outer windshield, shaking of an inner windshield and the like during high-speed running of the motor train unit are solved, and the weight of the outer windshield can be reduced through the annular rubber plate structure.

    一种新型轻量化高速动车组外风挡结构,包括风挡框、环形橡胶板,中间框、弹簧吊挂装置,所述风挡框和中间框是形状与端墙外轮廓一致的铝型材框,所述风挡框固定密封连接在两个相邻车体间的两个端墙四周,风挡框之间设置中间框,所述环形橡胶板是一体成型的环形“几”字形橡胶板,所述环形橡胶板“几”字形一侧与风挡框内侧固定密封连接,另一侧与中间框内侧固定密封连接,“几”字形上侧朝向车体外侧,所述中间框与风挡框在车体侧面位置设置弹簧吊挂装置,将中间框吊挂在风挡框上。外风挡为密封结构,外风挡内外的压差小,不会出现动车组高速运行时车端外风挡外翻、撕裂以及内风挡抖动等问题,环形橡胶板结构可以减轻外风挡重量。
