The invention relates to a novel motor train unit windshield interlayer structure. The novel motor train unit windshield interlayer structure comprises three pieces of raw glass and a plurality of layers of middle films; a PU film and a PET film are pasted on the inner side raw glass, and an inner interlayer of the outer side raw glass is the PU film; a PVB sandwich structure is adopted between the inner side raw glass and the middle raw glass; the sandwich structure is divided into five layers; from the left to right, the first layer is a wedge-shaped heat insulation PVB film, the second layer is a PVB shading film, the third layer is a common equal-thickness heat insulation PVB film, the fourth layer is a PET sound insulation film, the fifth layer is a wedge-shaped heat insulation PVB film; a PVB interlayer formed by combining the fifth layer and the first layer in a matched mode ensures that light source signals are converted into the same angle to enter human eyes, and the absenceof ghosting phenomena is guaranteed. The invention provides an intelligent and high-comfort high-speed motor train windshield structure for a motor train unit, and lays a foundation for intelligent development of high-speed trains.

    一种新型的动车组挡风玻璃夹层结构,其特征在于:包括三片原片玻璃与多层中间膜,其中,内侧原片玻璃上面粘贴PU薄膜和PET薄膜,外侧原片玻璃的内部夹层为PU薄膜;内侧与中间的两片原片玻璃间采用PVB夹层结构,此夹层结构共分为五层:从左至右第一层为楔形隔热PVB薄膜,第二层为PVB遮光膜,第三层为普通等厚度隔热PVB薄膜,第四层为PET隔音膜,第五层为楔形隔热PVB薄膜,与第一层配合组合成的PVB夹层确保光源信号转换成同一角度入射至人眼,保证无重影现象;本发明为动车组提供了一种智能化、高舒适性的高速动车挡风玻璃结构,为高速列车的智能化发展奠定了基础。
