The invention discloses a torque and corner chassis U-bolt tightening process. The torque and corner chassis U-bolt tightening process comprises a chassis; a first U-bolt and a second U-bolt are arranged at the front side of the top of the chassis and located at the left end and the right end of a middle shaft, respectively; a third U-bolt and a fourth U-bolt are arranged at the rear side of the top of the chassis and located at the left end and the right end of the middle shaft respectively; and the two ends of the surfaces of the first U-bolt, the second U-bolt, the third U-bolt and the fourth U-bolt are correspondingly provided with a first nut and a second nut. According to the torque and corner chassis U-bolt tightening process disclosed by the invention, the U-bolts are screwed in atorque and corner manner, so that the pre-tightening force for U-bolts is controlled, the connection reliability of the chassis is improved, the risk of false torque is reduced, the requirement of thepre-tightening force of the U-bolts is guaranteed, and the problem that the existing U-bolts for installation of a chassis are usually directly tightened during installation and consequently the chassis cannot be stabilized after installation is solved.

    本发明公开了一种力矩加转角的底盘骑马螺栓拧紧工艺,包括底盘,所述底盘顶部的前侧并位于中轴处的左右两端分别设置有第一骑马螺栓和第二骑马螺栓,所述底盘顶部的后侧并位于中轴处的左右两端分别设置有第三骑马螺栓和第四骑马螺栓,所述第一骑马螺栓、第二骑马螺栓、第三骑马螺栓和第四骑马螺栓表面的两端分别设置有第一螺母与第二螺母。本发明通过力矩加转角的方式对骑马螺栓进行拧紧处理,以使得骑马螺栓的预紧力得以控制,致使其底盘的连接可靠性得以改善,降低了假力矩的风险,保证了骑马螺栓预紧力的要求,解决了现有的底盘安装用骑马螺栓在安装时往往采用直接拧紧的方式,这样容易导致安装后底盘无法稳定的问题。
