The invention discloses an anti-collision seat of a civil aircraft. A seat body comprises a headrest, a backrest, a cushion, armrests on the two sides, a first transverse buffering mechanism and a second transverse buffering mechanism, and the first transverse buffering mechanism and the second transverse buffering mechanism each comprise a fixing base, a first energy absorption rod, a second energy absorption rod and seat legs; each of the first energy absorption rod and the second energy absorption rod comprises an energy absorption piston cylinder and an energy absorption piston rod, a plurality of magneto-rheological energy absorbers are uniformly arranged on the front side surfaces of the headrest and the backrest, and impact force and impact force generated in the front-back direction of the seat can be buffered through an arranged transverse buffering mechanism, so that passengers do not feel uncomfortable under the action of front-back inertia force; and the magneto-rheologicalenergy absorber can absorb harmful energy generated by jolting of the airplane, passengers are protected against injuries, and the seat is attractive in design, safe and reliable.
