The invention discloses a composite material plate spring structure for a railway vehicle primary suspension system, and relates to the field of railway vehicle primary suspension system design; the composite material plate spring structure comprises a carbon fiber plate spring, two rubber springs and a laminated spring, the carbon fiber plate spring is of an arch structure, and the two rubber springs are fixedly connected to the two ends of the carbon fiber plate spring respectively; the laminated spring is fixedly connected to the middle of the carbon fiber plate spring and is of a spring structure integrally formed by an upper-layer metal plate, a middle-layer rubber block and a lower-layer metal plate in a vulcanization mode. The composite material plate spring structure has the beneficial effects that the weight of the primary suspension system adopting the composite material plate spring structure can be reduced by 80% compared with that of a primary suspension system of an existing spiral steel spring; meanwhile, linear rigidity of primary suspension can be achieved, and high-frequency vibration of a wheel rail is blocked; and more transverse space can be saved for a built-in bogie, and spatial arrangement of other parts of the bogie is facilitated.

    轨道车辆一系悬挂系统用复合材料板弹簧结构涉及轨道车辆一系悬挂系统设计领域,其包括碳纤维板弹簧、两个橡胶弹簧和叠层弹簧,碳纤维板弹簧为弓形结构,两个橡胶弹簧分别固连在碳纤维板弹簧的两端,叠层弹簧固连在碳纤维板弹簧的中部,叠层弹簧是由上层金属板、中层橡胶块和下层金属板通过硫化方式一体成形的弹簧结构。本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明复合材料板弹簧结构的一系悬挂系统,相对于已有螺旋钢弹簧的一系悬挂系统能够减重80%;同时,能够实现一系悬挂的线性刚度,阻隔轮轨高频振动;还能够为内置式转向架节省更多的横向空间,有利于转向架其它零部件的空间布置。
