The invention relates to the field of railway vehicles, in particular to an internal combustion CRH (China Railway Highspeed) train. The train comprises a vehicle body and a bogie, a chassis of the vehicle body comprises a front-end bottom frame, a middle bottom frame and a rear-end bottom frame, the middle bottom frame comprises a first door area and a second door area which are connected througha pair of boundary beams, the pair of boundary beams are disconnected in the first door area and the second door area respectively to reserve a door area space, and a boarding step reinforcing structure is installed in the door area space; the first door area is connected with the front-end bottom frame and is provided with a door area reinforcing structure, and the second door area is connectedwith the rear-end bottom frame and is provided with a power pack hanging structure; a buffer beam is installed at the end, away from the middle bottom frame, of the front-end bottom frame, the two ends of the buffer beam are connected to the front ends of the pair of side beams respectively, and a beam body of the buffer beam protrudes in the direction opposite to the middle bottom frame to form an arc-shaped curved surface structure. The problems that the bearing capacity of the bottom frame is insufficient, the structural strength is not high and the welding amount of the bottom frame at thefront end is large due to stress concentration caused by the fact that an existing middle bottom frame boundary beam is broken in a door area are solved.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆领域,尤其涉及内燃动车组。包括车体和转向架,车体的底架包括前端底架、中部底架和后端底架,中部底架包括通过一对边梁相连的第一门区和第二门区,一对边梁分别在第一门区和第二门区断开以预留出门区空间,门区空间内安装有登车台阶补强结构;第一门区与前端底架连接并安装有门区补强结构,第二门区与后端底架连接并安装有动力包吊挂结构;前端底架远离中部底架的一端安装有缓冲梁,缓冲梁的两端分别连接于一对边梁的前端,并且缓冲梁的梁体沿背向中部底架的方向凸出成弧形曲面结构。本发明解决了现有中部底架边梁在门区断开造成应力集中而导致的底架承载力不足、结构强度不高,且前端底架的焊接量大的问题。
