The invention discloses a whole-vehicle braking system of an electric tractor. The system is characterized by comprising a suspension foot braking device, a driving steering whole-wheel braking device, a whole-vehicle braking synchronous linkage system, a braking pipeline with a damping structure, a steering flexible connection structure and a reverse connection braking current feedback system. The suspension foot braking device comprises a foot brake assembly and a vacuum booster, and the driving steering whole-wheel braking device comprises two steering wheel brakes and two driving wheel brakes. The whole-vehicle braking synchronous linkage system comprises a six-way valve, a braking air pipe I, a braking air pipe II, a herringbone three-way connector, a braking air pipe III, more than two electric vacuum pumps and a vacuum tank assembly; the braking air pipe I is connected with a vacuum booster, the six-way valve is connected with a braking pipeline with a damping structure, and braking pressures of front and rear wheels are distributed according to a set power proportion. Driving steering all-wheel braking is achieved by operating the foot braking suspension device, and the braking safety requirement under the light weight condition is met.
本发明公开了一种电动牵引车全车制动系统,其特征在于,包括悬挂脚制动装置、驱动转向全轮制动装置、全车制动同步联动系统、带减震结构的制动管路、转向软连接结构、以及反接制动电流反馈系统,悬挂脚制动装置包括脚制动总成和真空助力器,驱动转向全轮制动装置包括两个转向轮制动器和两个驱动轮制动器,全车制动同步联动系统包括六通阀、制动气管Ⅰ、制动气管Ⅱ、人字三通接头、制动气管Ⅲ、两个以上电动真空泵、以及真空罐总成,制动气管Ⅰ与真空助力器连接,六通阀与带减震结构的制动管路连接,按照设定的动力比例分配前后轮制动压力。本发明通过操纵脚制动悬挂装置实现驱动转向全轮制动,满足轻量化条件下的制动安全要求。
