The invention discloses a braking system and a braking method for an unmanned electric vehicle. The braking system comprises a vehicle frame, a brake pedal which is fixed on the frame and is used forsending out a brake signal; a brake control device which is electrically connected with the brake pedal and used for receiving a brake signal output by an external controller or receiving a brake signal sent by the brake pedal; and a push rod motor which is electrically connected with the brake control device, the output end of the push rod motor is used for being connected with a hydraulic system, the brake control device controls the push rod motor to move, and the push rod motor moves to drive the hydraulic system to work, so that braking of the electric vehicle is achieved. Due to the factthat the push rod motor is connected with the brake control device in a matched mode, the brake control device can control the push rod motor to drive no matter whether the brake control device receives a brake signal generated by a brake pedal or a brake signal generated by a controller, and braking of the electric vehicle is achieved.
一种用于无人驾驶电动车的制动系统及制动方法,所述制动系统包括车架;刹车踏板,固定在所述车架上,用于发出刹车信号;刹车控制装置,与所述刹车踏板电连接,用于接收外部控制器输出的刹车信号,或接收所述刹车踏板发出的刹车信号;以及推杆电机,所述推杆电机与所述刹车控制装置电连接,且所述推杆电机的输出端用于与液压系统连接,所述刹车控制装置控制推杆电机运动,所述推杆电机运动带动所述液压系统工作,实现电动车的制动。由于将推杆电机和刹车控制装置配合连接,使得所述刹车控制装置无论是接收刹车踏板产生的刹车信号还是控制器产生的刹车信号,都可以控制推杆电机驱动,实现电动车的制动。
