The invention relates to a parking and charging management and control system for an electric vehicle. The system comprises a background management and control subsystem and a mobile terminal providedwith a parking space dynamic management and control APP. The parking space dynamic management and control APP sends a parking charging request instruction, a parking space information query instruction and a parking space reservation instruction to the background management and control subsystem. The background management and control subsystem updates state information of all private parking spaces and charging piles in the area in real time, reasonably allocates optimal idle shared parking spaces in public parking lots, surrounding communities, schools and shopping malls in an area where a common electric vehicle user is located by combining the currently obtained information of the shared parking spaces in the area where a private electric vehicle user is located after a parking charging request instruction of a common electric vehicle user is received, and guides the user to the parking space for parking charging according to the parking space reservation instruction. Compared withthe prior art, the system has the advantages of expanding parking and charging sharing platform resources, improving the utilization rate of the private parking spaces and charging piles and the like.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车停车充电管控系统,包括后台管控子系统和安装有停车位动态管控APP的移动终端,停车位动态管控APP向后台管控子系统发送停车充电请求指令、停车位信息查询指令和停车位预约指令,后台管控子系统实时更新区域内所有私人停车位和充电桩的状态信息,并在收到普通电动汽车用户的停车充电请求指令后,结合当前获取的私人电动汽车用户所在区域内共享停车位的信息,为普通电动汽车用户合理分配所在区域内的公共停车场、周围小区、学校以及商场内的最优空闲共享停车位,并根据停车位预约指令引导用户至该停车位进行停车充电。与现有技术相比,本发明具有扩充停车充电共享平台资源、提高私人停车位及充电桩利用率等优点。
