The invention discloses a new energy electric vehicle charging parking space management and control method and a charging parking space monitoring system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a vehicle license plate and vehicle size information; determining whether the vehicle is a charging vehicle and the size does not exceed the standard; the parking state of the vehicle is recognized, timing is started, and when it is judged that the vehicle is not charged and parked for a long time or other charging users upload illegal parking space use complaints, management and control measures are triggered; a charging user can remotely call the actual available state of a certain idle available charging pile or a charging parking space corresponding to an idle available charging interface of a certain charging pile through a mobile terminal; and if a certain charging interface is in a fault mode, the system automatically prolongs a certain time for the user to drive away from the charging parking space and the charging station. On one hand, a charging pile mobile terminal user can obtain the real available state of the charging parking space in advance, the charging experience of a new energy electric vehicle user is improved, on the other hand, charging pile resources are fully utilized, and the operation benefit is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源电动汽车充电车位管控方法及充电车位监控系统,所述方法包括:获取车辆号牌和车辆尺寸信息;确定是否为充电车辆且尺寸不超标准;识别车辆停放状态并开始计时,当判断车辆属于非充电而长时间停放,或被其他充电用户上传违规使用车位被投诉,将触发管控措施;充电用户可远程通过移动终端调取某闲置可用充电桩或某充电桩闲置可用充电接口对应的充电车位实际可用状态;如果某充电接口处于故障模式,系统自动为用户延长一定时间驶离充电车位和充电站。本发明一方面让充电桩移动终端用户可以提前获取充电车位真实可用状态,改善了新能源电动汽车用户的充电体验,另一方面充分利用充电桩资源,提高运营效益。
