The invention discloses a train positioning method based on catenary strut number image recognition. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a high-definition video of catenary equipment in real time by using a catenary suspension state detection device; S2, key frames in the inspection video are extracted, and a high-definition image containing all complete overhead line system supporting columns along the way is obtained; S3, preprocessing the high-definition image, and determining an overhead line system strut area; S4, adopting an HOG feature description method and SVM classification to locate a rectangular area of the pole number of the overhead line system strut in the image, and carrying out binarization processing on the image after gray scale transformation; S5, onthe basis of a horizontal projection method, cutting the binarized rectangular area of the strut number t, and segmenting characters; S6, normalizing the character material, and zooming the originalimage; S7, directly carrying out image recognition on the characters by adopting a LeNet-5 convolutional neural network; and S8, comparing the obtained strut number with a basic ledger library to obtain positioning information corresponding to the strut number.

    本发明公开了一种基于接触网支柱杆号图像识别的列车定位方法,S1、利用接触网悬挂状态检测装置实时获取接触网设备的高清视频;S2、提取巡检视频中的关键帧,获取包含完整沿途所有接触网支柱的高清图像;S3、对高清图像进行预处理,确定接触网支柱区域;S4、采用HOG特征描述法和SVM分类对图像中接触网支柱的杆号的矩形区域进行定位,并将进行灰度变换后的图像进行二值化处理;S5、基于水平投影法对二值化后的支柱杆号矩形区域进行切割,将字符分割开;S6、对字符素材归一化,并对原始图像进行缩放;S7、采用LeNet‑5卷积神经网络对字符直接进行图像识别;S8、将获取的支柱杆号与基础台账库进行比对,得到对应支柱杆号的定位信息。
