The steel-aluminum composite contact rail abrasion measuring device comprises a measuring device body and a data collecting and processing device located in the measuring devicebody, and the measuring device body is suspended below a steel-aluminum composite contact rail through a suspension arm. According to the measuring method, with combination of position coordinate information, the thickness of the stainless steel band is calculated through ultrasonic waves, and the abrasion of the steel-aluminum composite contact rail is detected. Through the measuring device andthe measuring method, the problems of inaccurate measurement and low efficiency can be effectively solved.
