The invention provides a hydraulic control system and an engineering vehicle. The hydraulic control system comprises hydraulic motors, a hydraulic oil pump, an oil return way, a first oil supplementation way, hydraulic control one-way valves and a control oil way. The hydraulic oil pump communicates to first oil ports of the hydraulic motors through an oil supply way. One end of the oil return waycommunicates to second oil ports of the hydraulic motors, and the other end of the oil return way communicates to an oil box. One end of the first oil supplementation way communicates to the oil supply way, and the other end of the first oil supplementation way communicates to the oil return way. The hydraulic control one-way valves are arranged on the first oil supplementation way, oil inlet valve ports of the hydraulic control one-way valves communicate to the oil supply way, and oil return valve ports of the hydraulic control one-way valves communicate to the oil return way. One end of thecontrol oil way communicates to the oil supply way, and the other end of the control oil way communicates to control valve ports of the hydraulic control one-way valves. According to the hydraulic control system, in the use process, when the hydraulic motors drive a winding drum of the engineering vehicle to achieve winding, the hydraulic oil pump can stop work, the temperature of hydraulic oil in the oil ways is reduced, hydraulic oil retained in the oil return way and the oil supply way can circulate internally, and air suction of the hydraulic motors is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种液压控制系统和工程车辆,其中液压控制系统包括:液压马达;液压油泵通过供油路连通于液压马达的第一油口;回油路一端连通于液压马达的第二油口,另一端连通于油箱;第一补油路的一端连通于供油路,另一端连通于回油路;液控单向阀,设置在第一补油路上,液控单向阀的进油阀口连通于供油路,液控单向阀的回油阀口连通于回油路;控制油路,控制油路一端连通于供油路,另一端连通于液控单向阀的控制阀口。本发明提供的液压控制系统,在使用过程中,在液压马达驱动工程车辆的卷筒进行收卷时,液压油泵可以停止工作,降低油路中液压油的温度,留存在回油路和供油路内的液压油会进行内部循环,避免液压马达吸空。
