The invention discloses an energy management system of a hybrid power device based on a fuel cell. The system comprises a fuel cell module, an extended-range power generation system, a coordination management system and a driving unit. An output end of the fuel cell module is connected with an input end of the driving unit; and the output end of the extended-range power generation system is connected with the input end of a current shunting module, the output end of the current shunting module is connected with the input end of a first current transmission module, and the output end of the first current transmission module is connected with the input end of a driving unit. The invention relates to the technical field of hybrid power energy. According to the energy management system of thehybrid power device based on the fuel cell, energy required by the driving unit can be calculated in real time, and a range extending system used for assisting is added so that the work of the fuel cell and the extended-range power generation system can be reasonably coordinated according to the required energy, and the coordination of the power device is improved under the condition that the energy consumption is reduced to the maximum extent.
