The invention discloses a light-weight automobile transmission shaft. The light-weight automobile transmission shaft comprises a shaft pipe, a spline shaft and a sliding fork which are made of alloys,wherein a first flange fork is connected to one end of the shaft pipe through a first flange, a second flange fork is connected to the first flange fork through a universal joint, a second flange isarranged at the other end of the shaft pipe, an integrated third flange is arranged at one end of the spline shaft, the other end of the shaft pipe is connected with the spline shaft through the second flange and the third flange, the other end of the spline shaft is inserted into the sliding fork, a third flange fork is connected to the other end of the sliding fork through a universal joint, a hollow structure coaxial with the spline shaft is arranged in the spline shaft, a carbon fiber sleeve is arranged on the inner wall of the spline shaft in an interference fit mode, and the shaft pipe and the carbon fiber sleeve are filled with polyurethane materials. According to the light-weight automobile transmission shaft, the weight of the spline shaft is reduced by the hollow structure, meanwhile the carbon fiber sleeve and the polyurethane materials are sequentially built in the hollow structure for strengthening, the strength and hardness of the spline shaft are strengthened and ensured, and the light-weight automobile transmission shaft has the advantages that the structure is simple, the cost is low, the weight is less, and safety and reliability are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化汽车传动轴,包括合金材质是轴管、花键轴和滑动叉,轴管一端通过第一法兰连接有第一突缘叉,第一突缘叉通过万向节连接有第二突缘叉,轴管另一端设有第二法兰,花键轴一端设有一体成型的第三法兰,轴管另一端通过第二法兰、第三法兰与花键轴相连,花键轴另一端插入滑动叉内,滑动叉另一端通过万向节连接有第三突缘叉,花键轴内设有与花键轴同轴设置的中空结构,花键轴内壁通过过盈配合设有碳纤维套,轴管和碳纤维套内填充有聚氨酯材料;本发明采用中空结构减轻花键轴质量,同时对中空结构依次内置碳纤维套和聚氨酯材料进行补强,加强和保证花键轴的强度和硬度,具有结构简单、成本低、质量轻但安全可靠的的优点。
