The invention discloses a pipe alternating device for energy saving of water supply. The pipe alternating device comprises a connecting base, a rotary disk, a straight-tooth stripe and a planar gear.A belt wheel is connected to an outer shaft of the connecting base, and clamping force arms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the connecting base. A hoisting support is welded and fixed to the top of the connecting base, and an equipment box is arranged over the hoisting support. The rotary disk is connected to the top of the equipment box through bearings, and a driving motor isconnected to an outer shaft of the equipment box. A supporting force arm is welded and fixed to the top of the rotary disk, and a hinge base is welded and fixed to the bottom of the supporting forcearm. An internal threaded pipe is connected to an outer shaft of the hinge base, and a lead screw is connected to the inner wall of the internal threaded pipe in a threaded manner. According to the pipe alternating device for energy saving of water supply, the planar gear and the lead screw are used, the two clamping force arms to driven by the horizontal gear to slide horizontally, and the distance between the two clamping force arm is adjusted according to the width of a transport vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种供水节能用管道交替装置,包括连接底座、旋转圆盘、直齿牙条和平面齿轮,所述连接底座的外侧轴连接有皮带轮,且连接底座的左右两侧设置有夹持力臂,所述连接底座的顶部焊接固定有吊装支架,且吊装支架正上方设置有设备箱体,所述旋转圆盘轴承连接在设备箱体的顶部,且设备箱体的外侧轴连接有驱动电机,所述旋转圆盘的顶部焊接固定有支撑力臂,且支撑力臂的底部焊接固定有铰接座,所述铰接座的外侧轴连接有内螺纹管,且内螺纹管的内壁螺纹连接有丝杆。该供水节能用管道交替装置,采用平面齿轮及丝杆,通过平面齿轮带动两组夹持力臂进行水平滑动,根据运输车辆的宽度调节两组夹持力臂之间的距离。
