The invention relates to the field of automobile installing supports, in particular to a self-adaption calibration-free support assembly. The self-adaption calibration-free support assembly of the invention comprises a base fixing support and a self-adaption calibration-free support, wherein the base fixing support provides an installing position for the self-adaption calibration-free support, andone end of the base fixing support is fixed onto a base; the self-adaption calibration-free support includes at least 2 spherical shell assemblies and a second cylinder; one end of each spherical shell assembly is a spherical surface; the spherical surfaces of all the spherical shell assemblies are arranged oppositely; one end of the second cylinder is provided with a sphere; the sphere is installed in the spherical surfaces arranged oppositely; the sphere is matched with the spherical surfaces; and the second cylinder is perpendicular to the horizontal plane under the action of gravity. On the principle of free falling of the center of gravity, the self-adaption calibration-free support assembly provides a support structure which is completely vertical with respect to the horizontal plane, can be flexibly designed according to laser radars, a vehicle type and a vehicle body installing position, saves the work of repeated calibration and the like after reinstallation of the laser radars at the later stage, and reduces vehicle dismounting time at the later stage.

    本发明涉及汽车安装支架领域,更具体的说,涉及一种自适应免标定支架总成。本发明的自适应免标定支架总成,包括基座固定支架和自适应免标定支架:基座固定支架,为自适应免标定支架提供安装位置,一端固定在基座上;自适应免标定支架,包括至少2个球壳组件和第二圆柱体,球壳组件的一端为球面,所有球壳组件的球面相对设置;第二圆柱体的一端设有圆球,圆球安装在相对设置的球面内部,圆球与球面相匹配,第二圆柱体在重力作用下与水平面相垂直。本发明利用重心自由下垂原理,提供一个相对于水平面完全竖直的支架结构,可以根据激光雷达、车型、车身安装位置灵活设计,免去后期重新安装激光雷达后反复标定等工作,减少后期车辆拆装的次数。
