The invention relates to an overhead power transmission line patrolling robot and an application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of power transmission professional patrolling machines. The technical scheme is as follows: a lifting drive motor (304) is started, a pulley (403) is raised, a cable of an overhead power transmission line is put into a mechanical foot frame (401) by anoperator, the pulley (403) is lowered, then the cable is located between a pulley (403) groove and a lower board, and thus placement of a mechanical foot is completed; the above operations are repeated until all the mechanical feet are placed; a mechanical foot drive motor (406) is rotated forward to drive the pulley to move, thus a robot moves forward, and the mechanical foot drive motor is rotated reversely to drive the pulley to move reversely, so that the robot moves backward; and images or video images are collected by a ground operator through a detection module (7) to complete the patrolling. The robot has the positive effects that: when encountering obstacles such as shock-proof hammers, spacer rods, pole tower cross arms and the like, the robot can complete the obstacle crossinginspection by sequentially controlling the mechanical feet to lift and move in sequence.

    本发明涉及一种架空输电线路巡线机器人及其应用方法,属于输电专业巡线机器技术领域。技术方案是:启动升降驱动电机(304),抬起滑轮(403),操作人员将架空输电线路的线缆放入机械足框架(401)内,下降滑轮(403),使线缆位于在滑轮(403)轮槽和下层板之间,完成一个机械足的放置工作;重复上述操作,直至完成所有机械足的放置工作;机械足驱动电机(406)正转驱动滑轮动作,使机器人前进,机械足驱动电机反转驱动滑轮反向动作,使机器人后退;地面操作人员通过检测模块(7)采集图像或视频影像完成巡检。本发明的积极效果:当遇到防震锤、间隔棒和杆塔横担等障碍时,可通过依次控制机械足的抬起与移动完成越障巡检。
