The efficient new energy lithium battery comprises lithium batteries and a sleeve plate; the sleeve plate is arranged on the outer sides of the plurality of lithium batteries; a mounting assembly is arranged on the outer walls of the plurality of lithium batteries; the mounting assembly comprises supporting rods, first gaskets, first screws, end covers, clamping grooves, second gaskets and second screws; the multiple end covers are located on the left sides and the right sides of the multiple lithium batteries correspondingly; the multiple second screws are arranged on the outer sides of the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod correspondingly; the second screws are in threaded connection with the supporting rods and the sleeve plate correspondingly; and the second gaskets are arranged on the outer walls of the second screws correspondingly. The efficient new energy lithium battery and preparation process thereof have the advantages of scientific and reasonable structure and safe and convenient use; a wear-resistant layer, the end covers, the sleeve plate and the lithium batteries are adopted and are matched with one another; the martensite, austenite and other crystal wear-resistant plates formed by low-carbon alloy under various special heat treatment processes are adopted, so that the problem that the lithium batteries scratch fixing components when being combined and installed can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种高效新能源锂电池及其制备工艺,包括锂电池和套板,多个所述锂电池的外侧设有套板,多个所述锂电池的外壁设置有安装组件,所述安装组件包括支杆、第一垫片、第一螺钉、端盖、卡槽、第二垫片和第二螺钉,多个所述端盖分别位于多个锂电池的左右两侧,前后所述支杆的外侧均设有多个第二螺钉,所述第二螺钉和支杆和套板均螺纹相连,所述第二螺钉的外壁均设有第二垫片。该高效新能源锂电池及其制备工艺,结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置有耐磨层、端盖、套板和锂电池之间的配合,由低碳合金在多种特殊热处理工艺下形成的马氏体、奥氏体等晶体耐磨板可避免锂电池在进行组合安装时对固定部件造成划痕的问题。
