The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle assisted take-off and landing system. The system comprises a driving module, an adjusting module and an auxiliary lift module. With the driving module, lifting force can be provided for a middle part of the device so that the device can have enough lift force; by arranging the auxiliary lift module, lifting force is provided for the edge of the device, the device is not prone to being blown off by wind in the flying process, and the wind resistance of the device is enhanced accordingly; by arranging the adjusting module, swinging of a swingingplate can be controlled by controlling the adjusting motor, and therefore the flying direction of the device is controlled.
