A plurality of air holes connected in series are formed; air which is uniformly distributed is sprayed and generated from downstream spraying holes in right-angle conversion behind the head flow guide wedge-shaped module;the air is injected to the rear air hole; the jetted air is under the action of a forward pressure gradient generated by vortexes generated behind the steps of the flow guide module and the forward speed of the ship; a huge ventilation cavitation bubble is generated behind the spray hole, and the tail edge of the ventilation cavitation bubble forms a stable air layer under the joint blocking of the air-holding porous soft wall surface module and the baffles on the two sides of the ship body and is attached to the lower surface of the bottom of the ship body. In the air layer, the bottom of theship is completely separated from the water body, the local resistance is approximately zero, the local drag reduction rate reaches 100%, multiple air holes are stacked for drag reduction, and the comprehensive energy saving rate of the ship can reach 8%-15%. The comprehensive propulsion efficiency of the ship is improved, and emission of harmful substances is reduced.
本发明涉及一种船舶顺流喷射气层减阻装置,在船舶底部广大平板之上设置减阻组件,形成多个串联的气穴,从头部导流楔形模块后方直角转换的顺流喷射喷孔喷射产生均匀散布的气体,注入后部气穴内,喷射的气体在导流模块台阶后方产生的旋涡与船舶前进速度共同产生的顺压梯度作用之下,在喷孔后方产生一个巨大的通气空泡,此通气空泡尾缘在驻气多孔软壁面模块及船体两侧挡板共同阻挡之下,形成一个稳定的气层,附着在船体底部下表面。在此气层内,船底与水体完全隔断,局部阻力近似为0,局部减阻率达到100%,多个气穴叠加减阻,船舶综合节能可达8%‑15%。本发明提升船舶综合推进效率,降低有害物质排放。
