The invention discloses a multi-mode steering system. An oil outlet of a hydraulic pump is connected with a port P of a priority valve, and a port CF and a port LS of the priority valve are connectedwith the port P and a port LS of a hydraulic steering gear respectively; an EF port of the priority valve is connected with an energy accumulator through a third reversing valve; a port A of the steering gear is connected with the port A of a first fixed differential pressure reducing valve and the port A of a fifth reversing valve, and a port B is connected with the port A of a second fixed differential pressure reducing valve and the port A of a fourth reversing valve; the port B of the fourth reversing valve, the port B of the fifth reversing valve and a pressure detection device are all connected with the energy accumulator; the ports B of the first and second fixed differential pressure reducing valves are connected with the ports P of the first and second reversing valves; T ports ofthe first reversing valve and the second reversing valve are interconnected; the first reversing valve is connected with a front wheel steering hydraulic cylinder through a first hydraulic control one-way valve set; and the second reversing valve is connected with a rear wheel steering hydraulic cylinder through a second hydraulic control one-way valve set. A hydraulic transmission mode is adopted in the system, a steering mode is flexible, turning around is easy, and meanwhile an operation process is convenient.
一种多模式转向系统,液压泵的出油口与优先阀的P口连接,优先阀的CF口、LS口分别与液压转向器的P口、LS口连接;优先阀的EF口通过第三换向阀与蓄能器连接;转向器的A口分别与第一定差减压阀的A口和第五换向阀的A口连接,其B口分别与第二定差减压阀的A口和第四换向阀的A口连接;第四换向阀的B口、第五换向阀的B口和压力检测装置均与蓄能器连接;第一和第二定差减压阀的B口分别与第一和第二换向阀的P口连接;第一和第二换向阀的T口互连;第一换向阀通过第一液控单向阀组与前轮转向液压缸的连接;第二换向阀通过第二液控单向阀组与后轮转向液压缸连接。该系统采用液压传动方式,其转向方式灵活,转弯掉头容易,同时,其操作过程方便。
