The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle suspension vibration control, and particularly relates to a semi-active suspension ceiling damping control method based on damping force closed-loop control. According to the method, a state of a damping force of a semi-active actuator is monitored in real time through a damping force monitoring system; a vertical acceleration of the vehiclebody is measured through a sprung mass acceleration sensor, and a vibration speed of the vehicle body is reconstructed through an integral or state observer/filter; an expected damping force is obtained through an improved ceiling damping controller according to the vehicle body vibration speed; and a smooth control current/voltage is obtained through a semi-active actuator force closed-loop controller according to an error and a mapping relation between the expected damping force and the actual damping force. Compared with a traditional ceiling damping control method, the method has the advantages that unsprung mass acceleration does not need to be installed or the unsprung mass vibration speed and a relative speed between the sprung mass and the unsprung mass do not need to be indirectlyobtained through the state observer/filter, and the output of the ceiling damping controller can be obtained only through one piece of information of the vehicle body vibration speed.

    本发明涉及车辆悬架振动控制技术领域,具体涉及一种基于阻尼力闭环控制的半主动悬架天棚阻尼控制方法。该方法通过阻尼力监测系统实时监测半主动执行器阻尼力的状态;通过簧上质量加速度传感器测量车身垂向加速度,并通过积分或状态观测器/滤波器重构车身振动速度;通过改进天棚阻尼控制器根据车身振动速度得到期望阻尼力;通过半主动执行器力闭环控制器根据期望阻尼力与实际阻尼力的误差和映射关系得到光滑的控制电流/电压。相比传统的天棚阻尼控制方法,本发明不需要安装簧下质量加速度或不需要通过状态观测器/滤波器间接得到簧下质量振动速度和簧上质量与簧下质量间的相对速度,只需要车身振动速度一个信息就可以得到天棚阻尼控制器的输出。
