Based on Hopf bifurcation and singularity theory, this paper analyzes the damping nonlinearity of vehicles’ semi-active suspension and reveals the dynamics characteristics of this suspension. Taking the damping nonlinearity into consideration, this paper establishes a fuzzy dynamic model of vehicles’ semi-active suspension and proposes its control strategies. Bench tests are also carried out by means of simulation computation and the results show that the fuzzy dynamic model of vehicles’ semi-active suspension can solve the nonlinear problems and simulation computation is close to experiments. It provides reference for the practical application of vehicles’ semi-active suspension.
