The invention discloses a circulation cooling system and cooling method of a vacuum pipeline maglev train. The circulation cooling system comprises a liquid cooling pipeline, a radiator, a coolant temperature control and feedback system, a coolant flow rate regulation system as well as a controller, wherein the liquid cooling pipeline is mounted in a train body high-temperature area of the vacuumpipeline maglev train; the liquid inlet end of the liquid cooling pipeline communicates with the liquid outlet end of the radiator; the liquid outlet end of the liquid cooling pipeline communicates with the liquid inlet end of the radiator; the coolant temperature control and feedback system is used for monitoring the temperature of a coolant in the liquid cooling pipeline in the train body high-temperature area, sending the coolant temperature information to the controller, and regulating the amount of the coolant discharged from the liquid cooling pipeline according to the temperature of thecoolant; and the coolant flow rate regulation system is used for regulating the flow rate of the coolant entering the liquid cooling pipeline according to the temperature of the coolant in the trainbody high-temperature area. Through the circulation cooling system and cooling method, the train body high-temperature area of the vacuum pipeline maglev train can be efficiently cooled.

    本发明公开了一种真空管道磁悬浮列车的循环冷却系统及冷却方法,循环冷却系统包括液冷管道、散热器、冷却液温度控制反馈系统、冷却液流速调节系统以及控制器,液冷管道安装在真空管道磁悬浮列车的车身高温区域,液冷管道的进液端与散热器的出液端连通,液冷管道的出液端与散热器的进液端连通;冷却液温度控制反馈系统用于监测车身高温区域的液冷管道内的冷却液温度,将冷却液温度信息发送至控制器,并根据冷却液温度调节从液冷管道内排出的冷却液的量;冷却液流速调节系统用于根据车身高温区域的冷却液温度调节进入液冷管道内的冷却液流速。该循环冷却系统及冷却方法能够对真空管道磁悬浮列车的车身高温区域进行高效地冷却。
