The invention provides a method for offshore hoisting operation of a large crawler crane. The method comprises the following steps that step 1, a flat barge leans against a wharf, a deck of a large crawler crane station of the flat barge is reinforced, a platform is paved at the reinforced deck by using a roadbed box, a ground anchor is arranged at the position of a super-lift tray, and a supportframe is arranged at the head of the flat barge; step 2, the large crawler crane is assembled, debugged and reinforced on the platform of the flat barge; step 3, the flat barge arrives at a draught fan installation site; and step 4, after the flat barge grounds, the large crawler crane hoists a draught fan. The method has the beneficial effects that the method for offshore hoisting operation of the large crawler crane adapts to the trend of large-scale wind generating sets, the construction period is shortened, and the economic cost is saved.

    本发明提供了一种大型履带起重机海上吊装作业的方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:平板驳船靠码头,在平板驳船的大型履带起重机站位的甲板处加固,并在加固的甲板位置处用路基箱铺垫成一个平台,在超起托盘位置布置一个地锚,在平板驳船头部布置一个支撑架;步骤2:大型履带起重机在平板驳船的平台上组装、调试和加固;步骤3:平板驳船抵达风机安装地点;步骤4:待平板驳船坐滩后,大型履带起重机吊装风机。本发明的有益效果是:本发明大型履带式起重机海上吊装作业的方法适应了风力发电机组趋向大型化,缩短了施工工期,又节约了经济成本。
