The invention discloses an electric vehicle regenerative braking system and a control method thereof. The electric vehicle regenerative braking system is mainly composed of front wheels, a motor, a clutch, a transmission, a front wheel braking device, a braking pedal, rear wheels, a rear wheel braking device, a regenerative braking hydraulic module, a frequency converter, a braking control unit, an electronic control unit, a motor control unit, a storage battery management system and a storage battery. When a driver operates the brake pedal, the braking control unit firstly calculates the rearwheel brake force and the front wheel target brake force, and then calculates the front wheel regenerative brake force by using the available motor torque and the available wheel torque during regenerative braking. And finally, regenerative braking and hydraulic braking of the front wheel are controlled by comparing the target braking force of the front wheel with the available regenerative braking force of the front wheel, so that hydraulic braking force coordinated with braking operation of a driver is achieved, and braking force distribution between the front wheel and the rear wheel is optimized. By means of the method, the recycling rate of regenerative braking energy of the electric vehicle can be increased, and the endurance mileage of the electric vehicle is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车再生制动系统及其控制方法,主要由前轮、电机、离合器、变速器、前轮制动装置、制动踏板、后轮、后轮制动装置、再生制动液压模块、变频器、制动控制单元、电子控制单元、电机控制单元、蓄电池管理系统及蓄电池组成。当驾驶员操作制动踏板时,制动控制单元首先计算出后轮制动力及前轮目标制动力,然后利用再生制动时的可用电机扭矩和可用车轮扭矩计算前轮可以再生制动力,最后通过比较前轮目标制动力和前轮可用再生制动力来控制前轮的再生制动和液压制动,以此实现与驾驶员制动操作协调的液压制动力及优化前轮和后轮之间的制动力分配。利用该方法能够提高电动汽车再生制动能量的回收利用率及延长电动汽车的续航里程。
