The real-time working state identification system is reliable in data and convenient for reference. When imagesnapshot operation is carried out on the central area of a crossroad, the license plate number of the vehicle falling in the central position of the central area is used as the suspected red light running license plate number and sent to the back-end server together with the customized image data for violation judgment and query, so that misjudgment of traffic punishment is avoided.
