The invention relates to a real-time working state identification method. The real-time working state identification method comprises the following steps of: detecting a current state of a lithium battery by using state identification equipment, sending an operation identification signal when the current state of the lithium battery is an operation state, and sending a dormancy identification signal when the current state of the lithium battery is a dormancy state; and packaging a suspected red light running license plate number and a real-time processing image together by using wireless sending equipment so as to wirelessly send the packet to a back-end server.

    本发明涉及一种实时工作状态识别方法,包括:使用状态识别设备检测锂电池的当前状态,并在锂电池的当前状态为运行状态时,发出运行识别信号,还在锂电池的当前状态为休眠状态时,发出休眠识别信号;使用无线发送设备将疑似闯红灯车牌号码和实时处理图像一起打包以无线发送给后端的服务器。
