The invention discloses a regional congestion road network boundary control method based on vehicle-mounted GPS data. The method comprises steps that vehicle-mounted GPS data and a small amount of measured data are used, a regional road network microscopic simulation model is constructed, a corresponding network basic graph (NFD) is obtained, on this basis, the critical value range of the accumulated vehicle number of the road network is determined, then road network boundary control is conducted through signal lamps arranged on the upstream of the road network boundary, the accumulated vehicle number of the road network is kept near the target vehicle number, and operation efficiency of the road network is kept at the optimal level. According to the method, regional road network modelingand NFD acquisition based on vehicle-mounted GPS data are realized, and a problem of NFD instability caused by directly controlling the road network boundary intersection is solved by arranging the control intersection at the upstream of the road network boundary intersection; the regional congestion road network boundary control method based on the vehicle-mounted GPS data has practical engineering application value in modeling of an urban regional congestion road network and boundary control based on signal lamps.

    本发明公开了一种基于车载GPS数据的区域拥堵路网边界控制方法,借助车载GPS数据和少量实测数据,构建区域路网微观仿真模型并得到对应的网络基本图(NFD),在此基础上确定路网累计车辆数临界值范围,进而通过设置在路网边界上游的信号灯进行路网边界控制,使路网累计车辆数保持在目标车辆数附近,使路网的运行效率维持在最佳水平。本发明实现了基于车载GPS数据的区域路网建模及NFD的获取,通过将控制交叉口设置在路网边界交叉口上游解决了直接对路网边界交叉口控制造成的NFD不稳定的问题。基于车载GPS数据的区域拥堵路网边界控制方法在城市区域拥堵路网的建模与基于信号灯的边界控制中有实际工程应用价值。
