The invention discloses a servo control system of an escalator step chain tensioning structure. Sliding guide rails are fixedly installed on the inner sides of escalator trusses; sliding frames are embedded on the sliding guide rails; a step chain driving shaft is installed on the sliding frames; chain wheels coaxially sleeve the step chain driving shaft; travel switches are installed at one ends,close to oil cylinders, of the sliding guide rails; the output end parts of the oil cylinders are connected with movement connecting seats on the sliding frames through pressure sensors; the slidingframes comprise cross beams, rail pulleys, switch trigger plates and the movement connecting seats; each switch trigger plates is installed on the side surface of one side, close to the correspondingoil cylinder, of the corresponding cross beam; and each pressure sensor is installed between a pressing plate part of an oil cylinder rod connecting plate and a baffle part of the corresponding movement connecting seat. According to the servo control system of the escalator step chain tensioning structure, the purpose of automatically, quickly and safely adjusting a step chain is achieved, therebyensuring the safe and stable operation of an escalator.

    本发明公开了一种自动扶梯梯级链张紧结构伺服控制系统。滑动导轨固装于扶梯桁架的内侧,滑动导轨上嵌装滑动架,梯级链驱动轴装在滑动架上;链轮同轴套装在梯级链驱动轴,在靠近油缸的滑动导轨一端安装有行程开关,油缸的输出端部通过压力传感器和滑动架上的运动连接座连接;滑动架包括横梁、轨道滑轮、开关触发板和运动连接座;横梁在靠近油缸的一侧侧面安装有开关触发板,油缸杆连接板的压板部和运动连接座的挡板部之间安装压力传感器。本发明实现了自动、快速和安全地调整梯级链的目的,从而保证了自动扶梯的安全稳定运行。
