The invention discloses a control method for a large integrated framework main negative relay of a pure electric vehicle. When the BMS has a limit fault, the BMS sends an instruction for requesting todisconnect the main negative relay to a VCU; target torque zero clearing is performed by the VCU, enabling of the MCU is stopped, sending of a read state is stopped, and enabling of a high-voltage accessory is stopped, then reciprocating request and feedback of disconnecting the accessory relay and the main drive relay between the VCU and the PDU and the BMS are carried out until the BMS sends amain negative relay disconnecting instruction to the PDU through the VCU, and finally the main negative relay is disconnected through the PDU. According to the design, the main negative relay can be stopped in time under extreme conditions, so that continuous charging or discharging of the battery is stopped in time, and the application range is wide.
一种对纯电动汽车大集成架构主负继电器的控制方法,当BMS出现极限故障时,先由BMS向VCU发送请求断开主负继电器指令,再由VCU进行目标扭矩清零、停止使能MCU、停止发ready状态,以及停止使能高压附件,然后VCU——PDU——BMS之间进行断开附件继电器、主驱继电器的往复请求与反馈,直至BMS经VCU向PDU发送断开主负继电器指令,最后由PDU断开主负继电器。本设计不仅能在极端情况下及时终止主负继电器,从而及时终止电池继续充电或放电,而且应用范围较广。
