A method for directly controlling a main negative relay by a battery electric vehicle large integrated framework BMS comprises the following steps: When BMS limit fault occurs, the BMS sends an instruction for requesting to disconnect a main negative relay to a VCU; if the VCU does not respond, the BMS sends a limit fault flag bit to the VCU 3-8 seconds later; and after sending, if the BMS does not receive feedback which is sent by the VCU and allows disconnection of the main negative relay within 30-40 s, the BMS directly sends a hard wire high level signal to the main negative relay to directly cut off the main negative relay, high-voltage power-off is completed, and the control method is ended. According to the design, the main negative relay can be disconnected in time, the operation is easy, and the safety is high.

    一种纯电动汽车大集成架构BMS对主负继电器直接控制方法,其包括以下步骤:当BMS极限故障时,BMS向VCU发送请求断开主负继电器的指令,若VCU没有响应,BMS则在3s—8s后向VCU发送极限故障标志位,发送之后,若BMS在30s—40s内没收到VCU发出的允许断开主负继电器的反馈,则由BMS直接向主负继电器发出硬线高电平信号,以直接切断主负继电器,此高压下电完成,本控制方法结束。本设计不仅能够及时断开主负继电器,而且易于操作,安全性较强。
