According to the invention, the road network model is constructed, and the deployment scheme is determined by using the Internet of Vehicles road side unit deployment method based on the genetic ant colony hybrid algorithm, so that thevehicle coverage rate can be improved, the RSU deployment quantity can be reduced, and the deployment cost can be reduced.
