FRAMEWORK FOR LOW LATENCY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ROADSIDE UNIT AND INTERNET OF VEHICLES (IOV) Roadside safety and automated traffic control are essential commendatory for an intelligent transport system (ITS) that supports finding an alternative path at the time of vehicle inconvenience such as long vehicle waiting period and data processing delay etc. Usually, an in-vehicle network (IVNs) is organized in a certain fashion that receives traffic data with help of the internet of vehicle (IoV). Thereby, the control overhead (OH) message is broadcasted between IVNs and IoV which balance the connectivity without compensating vehicle speed and high data rate (without delay) respectively. Because more data traffic affects the transmission efficiency due to broadcasting OH messages if the vehicle location is beyond the transmission range. Then, it may request for rebroadcast of the control overhead message. Therefore, this work proposes effective data accessibility of incoming and outgoing data traffic between IoV and IVNs with respect to the amount of OH messages. Thereby, the decision making process has enhanced due to faster response from the received vehicle which is located beyond transmission range. The transmission efficiency of ITS is effectively improved when it has combined with a low latency data transmission model is implemented between IoV and IVNs respectively.
