The invention discloses an electric locomotive pantograph-catenary protection control method which comprises the following steps: monitoring the current catenary voltage, judging whether the current catenary voltage is within a preset catenary voltage range or not, and if the current catenary voltage is not within the preset catenary voltage range, switching off a main circuit breaker; and monitoring the current roof insulation state, and controlling the state of the main circuit breaker according to the relationship between the current roof insulation value and the preset roof insulation value lower limit and the preset roof insulation early warning value. The invention further discloses an electric locomotive pantograph-catenary protection control system which comprises a monitoring module, a comparison module and a control module. According to the electric locomotive pantograph-catenary protection control method, the grounding state of the roof catenary voltage side equipment can bedynamically detected, and the purpose of protecting the overhead line system is achieved by controlling a locomotive-level circuit switch; the electric locomotive pantograph-catenary protection control system can automatically judge the state of equipment and carry out isolation, and fault expansion caused by misoperation of a driver is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电力机车弓网保护控制方法,包括以下步骤:监测当前接触网网压,判断当前接触网网压是否在预设的接触网网压范围内,如果当前接触网网压不在预设的接触网网压范围内,则执行主断路器断开;监测当前车顶绝缘状态,根据当前车顶绝缘值与预设的车顶绝缘值下限和预设的车顶绝缘预警值之间的关系,控制主断路器的状态。本发明还公开了一种电力机车弓网保护控制系统,包括监测模块、比较模块和控制模块。本发明的电力机车弓网保护控制方法可以动态检测车顶网压侧设备的接地状态,并通过控制机车级电路开关达到保护接触网的目的,本发明的电力机车弓网保护控制系统能够自动判别设备状态,并进行隔离,避免司机误操作造成故障扩大。
