The invention discloses a locomotive pantograph-catenary pressure regulation system. A corresponding direct-current or alternating-current lift pantograph branch is selected according to a power supply system of a overhead line system in which a locomotive is arranged, a corresponding pressure regulation valve is switched on by utilizing the switching of a two-position five-way electromagnetic valve so as to allow the passing of compressed air; when in rising of the pantograph, a pantograph rising electromagnetic valve is electrified, the compressed air flows into a pantograph airbag to generate a pantograph rising pressure so as to realize the rising of the pantograph; when in dropping of the pantograph, the pantograph rising electromagnetic valve is powered off, the compressed air in the pantograph air bag is discharged, the pantograph drops by virtue of dead weight, the pressure between the pantograph and the overhead line system is regulated by virtue of a corresponding pressure regulation valve, the pantograph rising time is respectively controlled by two one-way throttling valves, so that the contact pressure between the pantograph and the catenary can be self-adaptively regulated by utilizing one pantograph under different power grids of different systems.
