According to the technical scheme, a liquid cooling system of a vehicle brake resistor is characterized by comprising a motor, a switch, a battery and the brake resistor; the output end of the motor is electrically connected with one end of the switch, and the other end of the switch is electrically connected with the battery or the brake resistor; the system further comprises a cooling pipeline which penetrates through the brake resistor, and cooling liquid circulates in the cooling pipeline; the system further comprises a cooling liquid circulating system, the cooling liquid circulating system is communicated with the cooling pipeline, and cooling liquid in the cooling pipeline circulates in the cooling liquid circulating system. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the liquid cooling system of the vehicle brake resistor, so that the safety of the whole vehicle is improved while the energy is saved.

    本发明采用的技术方案是:一种车用制动电阻的液冷系统,其特征在于包括电机、开关、电池、制动电阻;电机的输出端与开关的一端电连接,开关的另一端与电池或者制动电阻电连接;还包括冷却管道,冷却管道贯穿制动电阻,冷却管道内流通有冷却液;还包括冷却液循环系统,冷却液循环系统与冷却管道相连通,冷却管道的冷却液在冷却液循环系统内流通。本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种车用制动电阻的液冷系统,节约能源的同时提高了整车的安全性。
