The invention provides an inner tube sizing material reinforcing system and application thereof in an inner tube, and belongs to the technical field of inner tubes. The inner tube sizing material reinforcing system comprises light calcium carbonate, activated calcium carbonate, pyrolytic carbon black and nano silicate; the inner tube is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:95-105 parts of 3L standard rubber, 50-60 parts of reclaimed rubber, 55-65 parts of light calcium carbonate, 20-30 parts of activated calcium carbonate, 20-30 parts of pyrolytic carbon black and 10-20 parts of nano silicate. Compared with a common inner tube sizing material reinforcing system, the air tightness of the reinforcing system in the invention can be effectively improved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the inner tube can still keep good mechanical properties.

    本发明提供了一种内胎胶料补强体系及其在内胎中的应用,属于内胎技术领域。所述内胎胶料补强体系包含轻质碳酸钙、活性碳酸钙、热解炭黑和纳米硅酸盐;所述内胎的制备原料包含3L标胶95‑105份、再生胶50‑60份、轻质碳酸钙55‑65份、活性碳酸钙20‑30份、热解炭黑20‑30份和纳米硅酸盐10‑20份。相比于常用内胎胶料补强体系,可以有效提高内胎气密性,降低制造成本,并且使内胎仍保持较好的力学性能。
