The invention discloses an antifreeze rubber inner tube material. The antifreeze rubber inner tube material is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of butyl rubber, 10-20 parts of waste butyl rubber inner tubes, 10-20 parts of silicone rubber, 40-50 parts of compound intercalation modification powder, 2-4 parts of coumdrone indene resins, 5-10 parts of microcapsulated red phosphorous, 2-3 parts of sulfur powder, 0.7-1.4 parts of accelerator, 3-5 parts of castor oil, 2-5 parts of turpentine, 5-10 parts of carbon nanotubes, 2-3 parts of slime, 5-8 parts of SBS resin, 25-40 parts of talcum powder, 0.3-0.5 parts of antioxidant 1010 and 0.3-0.6 parts of antioxidant 1024. An inner tube prepared by using the antifreeze rubber inner tube material provided by the present invention has good freezing resistance, can be used in cold areas, has good safety, is not likely to break and is wide in application scope, long in service life, high in surface softness, low in smoke and nontoxic during combustion and good in mechanical properties.
