The invention discloses a flame-retardant butyl rubber inner tube material which is prepared from the raw materials of, by weight, 0.5-1.5 parts of sulfur powder, 5-8 parts of polyamide wax micro-powder, 15-20 parts of bromobutyl rubber, 10-20 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 1-2 parts of an accelerator M, 2-5 parts of octyl phenolic resin, 2-4 parts of neoprene rubber A-90, 5-8 parts of antimony trioxide, 1-2 parts of zinc borate hydrate, 1-2 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent MB, and 40-50 parts of complex intercalation modified powder. According to the invention, a complex of flame-retardant materials such as antimony trioxide and zinc borate hydrate are well dispersed with other raw materials, such that the environment-friendly butyl rubber inner tube material with excellent fame-retarding performance is obtained.
