The invention discloses a modified butyl rubber material for automobile inner tube, which is prepared by using the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of butyl rubber; 20-30 parts of EPDM; 8-12 parts of phenolic resin 2402; 40-50 parts of carbon black; 2-3 parts of N'-xylyl p-phenylenediamine; 2-4 parts of ACR resin; 1-3 parts of sulphur; 1-2 parts of vulcanization accelerator ZDMC; 20-40 parts of butyl-reclaimed rubber; 10-20 parts of pulp of phenylene terephthalamid; 2-4 parts of cashew nut shell oil; and 50-70 parts of compound intercalating modified powder. The pulp of phenylene terephthalamid may be well dispersed in a rubber matrix, has an obvious enhancement effect on a composite material, and can be well dispersed in a glue stock with compound intercalating mineral powder.
