Therefore, the first power battery in a charging bin can be transferred to the battery turnover device through the stacking machine, and then the second power battery in the battery turnover device is collected through the stacking machine, so the stacking machine can realize the exchange of the first power battery and the second power battery at the battery turnover device, and the batteryexchange efficiency of the battery exchange station is improved.
