The invention relates to the technical field of battery replacing station fire protection, in particular to a battery replacing station system and a fire-fighting control method thereof. The system comprises a central controller, a battery replacing chamber provided with fire extinguishing equipment and/or a detector, a battery bin, a charging chamber, a battery fire-fighting box, battery replacing equipment and a fire-fighting centralized controller; temperature monitoring devices are arranged in the battery replacing chamber, the battery bin and the charging chamber, the central controller is connected with the temperature monitoring devices and the fire-fighting centralized controller, and the fire-fighting centralized controller is connected with the extinguishing equipment and the detector; and the battery replacing equipment is connected with the central controller. When a battery in an unattended battery replacing station is subjected to thermal runaway, the battery replacing equipment is controlled to transport the thermal runaway power battery into the battery fire-fighting box for fire-fighting treatment, the smoke temperature value in each bin is automatically monitored,when it is monitored that the smoke temperature is abnormal, the fire extinguishing equipment is automatically started for fire extinguishing treatment, therefore, the influence on other power batteries is avoided, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.

    本发明涉及换电站消防技术领域,具体涉及一种换电站系统及其消防控制方法,系统包括中心控制器以及设置有灭火设备和/或探测器的换电室、电池仓、充电室、电池消防箱、换电设备、消防集控器;换电室、电池仓和充电室内设有温度监测装置,中心控制器分别与温度监测装置、消防集控器相连,消防集控器分别与灭火设备以及探测器相连;换电设备与中心控制器连接。本发明在无人值守的换电站内的电池热失控时,控制换电设备将热失控的动力电池运输至电池消防箱中进行消防处理,并对各仓室内的烟温值自动监测,在监测到烟温异常时,自动启动灭火设备进行灭火处理,从而避免对其它动力电池产生影响,降低了安全隐患。
