The invention provides a moving device of a foot bath device, and relates to the foot bath device, which comprises a first clamping groove (11) arranged at the bottom of the foot bath device (1) and aclamping wheel (12) arranged in the first clamping groove (11) and used for moving. The invention further provides a foot bath device which comprises the moving device of the foot bath device. The first clamping grooves and the second clamping grooves are formed to install the clamping wheels and the auxiliary wheels, the stability is high during moving, and step climbing is facilitated; the universal wheels are assembled through the mounting grooves, and moving and steering are convenient and stable; in addition, the device is simple in structure, quick to mount and dismount, convenient andpractical.
