The circuit comprises an action selection toggle switch, a speed selection toggle switch, a speed selection relay, a divider resistor, a potentiometer type electric proportional handle, a digital amplifier, an action selection valve group electromagnet and a speed regulation valve proportional electromagnet, wherein the action selection toggle switch is connected with the action selection valve group electromagnet, the speedselection toggle switch is connected with the coil end of the speed selection relay, the normally-closed contact end of the speed selection relay is connected with the divider resistor, the divider resistor is connected with the potentiometer type electric proportional handle and the digital amplifier, and the digital amplifier is connected with the speed regulation valve proportional electromagnet. The control circuit has the beneficial effects that the control circuit can control a hydraulic system to adapt to the requirements of different actions on flow; there is no control delay, and adverse effects possibly caused by processor operation delay on arm support control are avoided; and the circuit is simple, reliable and high in safety.
