The invention discloses a cantilever crane overturn-preventing hydraulic control system and an overhead working truck, the cantilever crane overturn-preventing hydraulic control system comprises a telescopic cantilever crane, a passive oil cylinder, a counterweight adjusting mechanism and a control device, the passive oil cylinder is arranged on a rotary table arm in a swinging and rotating mode and is connected with the telescopic cantilever crane; an adjusting oil cylinder of the balance weight adjusting mechanism drives an adjusting balance weight to be far away from or close to the rotary table arm on the side, away from the working platform, of the rotary table arm, a rodless cavity of the adjusting oil cylinder is communicated with a rodless cavity of a driven oil cylinder, a rod cavity of the adjusting oil cylinder is communicated with a rod cavity of the driven oil cylinder, and a control device controls a variable-amplitude oil cylinder to drive a telescopic arm frame to conduct pitching variable-amplitude. The driven oil cylinder and the adjusting oil cylinder are arranged on the base, so that the driven oil cylinder retracts under the condition that the driven oil cylinder stretches out, and the driven oil cylinder retracts under the condition that the driven oil cylinder retracts, namely, the driven oil cylinder and the adjusting oil cylinder form a closed oil way, and the position of the adjusting balance weight can be adjusted without electric control. Therefore, the development and maintenance difficulty can be reduced.

    本发明公开一种臂架防倾覆液压控制系统及高空作业车,臂架防倾覆液压控制系统包括伸缩臂架、被动油缸、配重调节机构和控制装置,被动油缸可摆转地设于转台臂上并与伸缩臂架连接,配重调节机构的调节油缸在转台臂背离工作平台的一侧驱动调节配重远离或靠近转台臂,调节油缸的无杆腔与被动油缸的无杆腔连通,调节油缸的有杆腔与被动油缸的有杆腔连通,控制装置控制变幅油缸驱动伸缩臂架进行俯仰变幅,以使得被动油缸在进行伸出的情况下调节油缸进行缩回,以及被动油缸在进行缩回的情况下调节油缸进行伸出,即通过将被动油缸和调节油缸组成一个封闭油路,无需电气化控制则可实现对于调节配重的位置的调整,从而可以降低开发和维修的难度。
