The invention relates to an intelligent control system for the drainage of a buried steel pipe and a rail. The system comprises a data collection and receiving unit, a data processing and control unit, a drainage module and a power supply module; the data collection and receiving unit is used for synchronously collecting pipe and rail potential, pipe-to-ground power-on potential, pipe-to-ground power-off potential and rail-to-ground potential data through a plurality of channels, carrying out analog-to-digital conversion, storage and transmission; the data processing and control unit is used for receiving the data sent by the data acquisition and receiving unit, carrying out visualization processing, drawing a chart, carrying out potential data early warning and sending a drainage on-off signal; and two ends of the drainage module are respectively connected with the buried steel pipe and the track, and the drainage module is used for receiving the drainage on-off signal of the data processing and control unit to realize drainage control; the power supply module is used for supplying power to the data acquisition and receiving unit, the data processing and control unit and the drainage module. Compared with the prior art, the system can stabilize the pipe ground potential within a narrower and more ideal range, and meanwhile, prevent the danger caused by over-high rail-to-groundpotential due to drainage.
