The invention discloses an intelligent steel rail 3D detection device, and relates to the technical field of railway engineering. In order to solve the technical problem, the intelligent steel rail 3D detection device comprises a fixed frame, a detector is fixed to the upper end of the fixed frame, an operation screen is fixed to the position, at the upper end of the fixed frame, of the right side of the detector, a water tank is fixed inside the fixed frame, a limiting device is fixed to the lower end of the water tank, movable frames are fixed to the front end and the rear end of the fixed frame, and rolling wheels are fixed to the lower end of the fixed frame. According to the invention, the limiting device is arranged and attached to the surface of the rail through a limiting wheel and a positioning wheel, and therefore, the detection device can only move forwards along the rail, the detection device can be pushed to move forwards without being supported, the labor intensity of a user is reduced, meanwhile, a sensing probe is in contact with the surface of the rail, and the detection precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能钢轨3D检测装置,涉及铁路工程技术领域,为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种智能钢轨3D检测装置,包括固定框架,所述固定框架的上端固定有探测仪,所述探测仪的右方在固定框架的上端位置处固定有操作屏,所述固定框架的内部固定有水箱,所述水箱的下端固定有限位装置,所述固定框架的前后两端固定有移动架,所述固定框架的下端固定有滚动轮,本发明提供限位装置,通过限位轮和定位轮贴合在铁轨表面,从而使检测装置只能顺着铁轨向前移动,保证检测装置不用扶持即可推动向前移动,降低使用者的劳动强度,同时保证传感探头与铁轨表面接触,提高检测精度。
